today was awesome. everything i did was positive.

i woke up at noon at my friends house. i went home, showered, and got ready for work. once i got to work, i was told i had to clean the concrete patio with this HARSH cleaning acid. i know this might sound like a bad thing, but this stuff is fun to play with. it literally will melt through a thin layer of concrete, killing all bacteria in it's path. so after playing with it for a while, my arms and legs started burning and i realized that i had splashed some on myself. so i quickly sprayed myself with a hose and jumped in the refreshing pool. after i several hours of cleaning, burning, rinsing, and repeating, i was finally done. or more so gave up.

that's when a couple friends showed up at my place of work. my friend creighton came in a paid for four candy bars at 75 cents a bar. and he paid entirely in pennies. so we killed some time counting them out and then killed more time splitting them. then i went on a smoke break and split a camel. one of his camels.

after work we decided to visit our friend mellisa at her place of work. when we got there, she offered to pay for our food so we all got free delicious sandwiches, which is just awesome. and after we talked to her, we went to the gas station where my friend caleb was nice enough to buy me and creighton each an energy drink. shortly after we found ourselves bored and decided to visit another friend, audri. she was nice enough to greet us to amazing french fries and onion rings. and i mean bar food, not fast food. it was amazing.

so the short version is, i spent NO money today. got free cigarettes, a free energy drink, a free sandwich, AND free french fries. PLUS i got paid for five hours of work! amazing day, i'd say. :]
